While everyone’s situation is unique, one of the common theme is to create boundaries in your life that only you can determine. I try to strike a balance between spending time for professional responsibilities and equally spending time with my family, engaging with my daughter, and in spare time i do some craft work,

How do you feel after working for Kaar Tech?

Very good organization to work for SAP aspirants/consultants, who wish to elevate their professional career to greater heights. Transparent management, support systems and endless opportunities within the organization makes it appropriate for professionals at any stage of their career.

Favourite memory of being a Kaarian?

The entire tenure with Kaar Tech has given me a lot of fond memories, I vividly recall the early days of my journey, joining as a graduate just out of university and gradually evolving myself as a seasoned professional. More than a decade later I have witnessed myself growing along with the organization both professionally and personally.

Its been a fantastic Journey with Kaartech from Past 5 Years and still continuing. Joined as a Senior Consultant and was posted to Kuwait to begin with. From then on, there has been no looking back. Was placed as Project Manager at multiple customers in KSA. I am currently the Regional Head of PMO for Mena North and West.

My exposure in Kaartech streches accross all over GCC under most of the leaders of kaartech. This has given immense experience on the allignment towards organisation objectives.

I’m thankful to all the Leadership fertinity, naming only few Maran, Selva, Rajkumar and Shahinsha for the trust and believing in me. This gives a lot a confidence to drive bigger role and Contribute to our organisation

The very first thing I noticed upon entering Kaar Tech is the spirit of Motivation from all four directions. My passion for working on the career step ahead for people made me land in Kaar. The most remarkable experience of my life ties in with Kaar Tech who cherished each accomplished task with awards and recognitions. Over my experience, for decades one piece of advice I’d like to share is to wait patiently cause the time will come for each one of us to succeed!

The wonderful governance against all odds by our super-talented Senior Management / Mezzanine Team and their leadership skills are exemplary

Favourite memory of being a Kaarian?

All employees stood as one family and supported our Company when it faced the greatest challenge of its history (financial crisis triggered by oil price slump in 2017-19). This bravado by Kaarians and their unconditional unity….truly fascinate me

What motivates you to stay productive?

The challenging tasks assigned to me by CEO and the Top Management motivate me a lot. Also the fact that I act as a tool and a connecting bridge between the poor & needy students and Kaar Arakattalai and getting them educational scholarships fascinate me a lot.

What’s your mantra to stay at the top of your game?

My life mantra ‘believing in my ability and performing my role to perfection within my capacity’ motivates me & help me to stay focussed, always.

(a) Do what your conscience tells you……always and believe in your ability
(b) Only your deeds, performed in a honest and dedicated way, will bring you laurels and nothing else.
