Ratnakumar Nagarajan

Co-founder & Director

Ratna, one of the Executive Directors who pioneered commercial operations in Europe and the United States, is now in charge of all operations and duties related to Kaar Tech’s IP projects. He has been the driving force behind the many generations of leadership teams that have been formed to carry out Kaar Tech’s ambitious expansion objectives. Ratna is an expert in partnering with different external organizations to adopt the world’s best practices at every organizational level inside Kaar Tech, and he ensures that the firm is always scaling up the ladder to new heights. He formed KTern with the nominee and is a disciplined risk taker who also gives strategic guidance on territory growth (The Largest IP venture of Kaar Tech).

Kaushik Anand

Director

Kaushik Anand is a partner at A91 Partners, a leading investment firm based in Mumbai. He has been investing in growth stage companies for the last 11 years and focuses on technology and financial services businesses. He has been involved with companies like Freshworks, Cardekho, Digit and Shipsy among others.

Education

Having completed his undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT Madras,
Kaushik Anand went on to pursue his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Work Experience

Kaushik Anand worked at McKinsey & Company and Sequoia Capital and later headed Google Capital’s (now called CapitalG) Indian office.

Gautam Mago

Director

Gautam Mago is a co-founder and general partner of A91 Partners. He has been investing in emerging Indian companies for 16 years, largely in technology and financial services companies. Gautam has served on the boards of a number of companies like Star Health Insurance, UnitedLex, Oyo Rooms, Bankbazaar, Rupeek, Urbanladder, Exotel and Videoverse.

Gautam has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and is a chartered accountant.

Nandeeswaran Murugan

Head of KUPEX

Mr. Nandeeswaran M joined Kaar Tech in 2019 as a fresher ever since he held various positions with the organization from Software Development to Corporate Development, now he is the head of the product division “Kupex”. His technological prowess and hard work had led him to spearhead an edge tech product like Kupex at the very early stage of his career. He aspires to burgeon through quest for knowledge, discipline, and innovation.

Mr.Sukumaran E has been a part of Kaar Tech ever since our inception. He has taken on a wide range of roles, from SAP delivery to project management. His extensive knowledge of SAP has always added value to Kaar Tech’s success, currently, he is leading the product initiatives for Kaar Enterprise Business Suite (KEBS). Sukumaran has significantly accelerated Kaar Tech’s growth and served as a mentor to numerous Kaarians, imparting knowledge in the areas of SAP consulting, project management, and product engineering. .

Vyas S A

Head of CDO

Vyas S Nair kickstarted his career as the Accounts Payable Manager at Kaar Tech back in 2018. His expertise in Financial Services, IT industries, Leadership Development, and Financial Accounting made him the righteous choice to skillfully play the role of Chief Development officer. Currently, Vyas identifies and evaluates the global projects, understand its possible threats, and turn them into potential opportunities for development and expansion of Kaar Tech. He is a passionate leader and an optimistic professional who can help our organization reach greater heights.

Akilesh Kumaran S

Head of Marketing

Mr. Akilesh Kumaran’s meticulous work ethic and disciplined approach has been instrumental in the success of Kaar Tech, earning him the trust to lead marketing functions such as Lead Generation and Branding. His realistic approach to business involves seeking coherence and insights through conversations and nurturing the clients. With experience in building and scaling marketing, sales, and partnership teams for B2B Service and Product Companies, he is currently raising awareness about Kaar Tech around the globe.

Vignesh Ramesh Kumar

Head of HR

Mr.Vignesh Ramesh Kumar is a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated professional who is an inspiration to every Kaarian. He has been a part of Kaar Tech since 2014 and is currently leading the Human Resource Team. With 12+ years of experience in the service industry, Vignesh is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional covering a wide range of HR operations from, talent acquisition to development, immigration management, international travel, core HR operations, employee engagement, and more. He is not only a hardworking and determined personality but he also owns an excellent sense of humor to cheerfully motivate everyone around him.

Rajesh V D

Head of Operations

Mr. Rajesh V D has been with Kaar Tech since October 2007 and has taken on various roles throughout his 15 years of experience. From Delivery Manager – ARAMCO to Head – Global Bid Management (GBM), Rajesh has demonstrated his great knowledge of SAP and his ability to think strategically and develop strong people skills. He is currently excelling as the Practice Head – Global and a part of the Management Team. He enjoys the highest regard from his colleagues and is renowned for maintaining his composure under challenging circumstances. His contribution towards Kaar Tech’s success has always been immense!

Chandrasekar V

Head of Finance

Mr. Chandrasekaran V has been a cheerful and optimistic personality ever since he joined Kaar Tech in the year 2013. His enthusiasm is so contagious that it inspires everyone he interacts with to reach new heights of invincibility. Currently, he is in charge of corporate finance, fundraising, strategic financial planning, business planning, budgeting, accounting, audit, MIS, revenue recognition, legal, treasury management, forex management, secretarial, governance, risk management, and corporate structuring. His high intelligence, humbleness, and work ethic always make him stand out in every aspect of his profession.

Gokul N

Head Of US PA

Gokul Natarajan is an exemplary leader and has been a part of Kaar Tech since July 2007. His 14 years of service has been invaluable and have made a considerable impact on the organization. Gokul is known for his work ethic and expertise. He has held various roles such as the P&L Head, Delivery Manager, and currently working as Business Unit (BU) Head – in Central and Mid West USA. His determination, strong communication skills, and self-motivation have enabled him to be successful across the US and in the Middle East. Gokul is a highly knowledgeable leader who is capable of providing solutions for customers from various industry verticals.

Sudhakar initially joined the organization as an Associate SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant in the year 2013 and has since taken on a range of managerial responsibilities for major deployments in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Sudhakar skills like forecasting the future, micro-level planning, and effective risk mitigation methods which make him stand out among the others. The people he works with and those under his supervision consistently praise him for his charismatic leadership style, and his ability to make quick decisions has earned him the trust of his colleagues.

Parameswaran Narayanan is a versatile individual, who has been a part of Kaar Tech since 2008. Being known for his humble and down-to-earth nature, his achievements are a testament to his years of hard work and dedication. Param is an extrovert and outspoken personality who is always eager to meet the demands of sales. He is also adept at solving problems and currently works with Kaar Tech helping clients in the mid-western region of the USA with their SAP-related business problems.

Shahinsha AB

Head of MENA North

Shahin joined Kaar Tech in 2015, bringing with him 15 years of expertise in project management, team building, deal planning, negotiating, and client relationship cultivation. His leadership has been invaluable to Kaar Tech and KSA in the wake of the oil price drop and the Middle Eastern economy’s decline. His direct approach to working with major business customers, strategic planning, cash and profit management has always been a boost to our success. He has also been an advocate for ideas such as establishing clear payment milestones, consumers payment, and achieving higher gross margin initiatives.

Balakrishnan is a well-known figure who is active in India’s start-up ecosystem, mentoring and investing in a number of companies. He currently serves as an Independent Director for Kaar Technologies, bringing more than 30+ years of experience in leadership positions in strategy, finance, international taxation, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a straightforward thinker who understands the nuances of getting the most out of people who work in dynamic environments and virtually co-located global teams.

Frans is a global business leader and lifelong entrepreneur who has founded, co-founded, mentored, and built organisations in a variety of industry verticals, making him a versatile and agile business visionary. His penchant for innovation and business passion led him to spearhead and direct many successful start-ups. He’s been with Kaar Tech since the beginning, and he plays an important role by sharing his valuable business knowledge.

Gaurdian George

Co-founder & Director

Gaurdian George, a technocrat and business leader with razor-sharp technical acumen that complements his commercial acumen, is now in charge of Kaar Tech’s western expansions/entities. In all realms, George’s answers to tough business issues are singularly comprehensive and really out-of-the-box. He is generally praised for his talent in creating technological road maps and future routes for clients worldwide, which always align with their corporate vision and objectives. He oversaw Kaar Tech’s Centre of Excellence (COE) with such technological prowess, and his concentration on future, path-breaking innovations have always consistently advanced Kaar Tech’s standards reaching to new heights.

Selva, one of our Executive Directors, has always been a strong supporter of the ‘profitable business’ attitude. He has turned the concept into two valuable commercial assets at Kaar Tech: a very efficient service capacity and a big knowledge reservoir throughout the enterprise. He managed Kaar Tech’s entry into the APAC area and also established a place for the firm within SAP and the client fraternity as the head of Kaar Tech’s SAP Delivery and Practice. In his present job, he is evangelizing Kaar Tech’s delivery methods, developing processes and people, and pushing Kaar Tech’s objective to emerge as a formidable force to be reckoned with in the not-too-distant future.

Maran Nagarajan

Maran, the Chairman, and CEO of Kaar Tech (a bootstrapped million-dollar SaaS consulting firm today) set the strategic direction forward with a vision and mission on target, along with the Co-founders Ratna, Selva, and George spearheading various attributes for the firm’s formation at both the operational and strategic levels. Kaar Tech’s operating DNA revolves around entrepreneurship and honesty since he is a great believer in ethical business methods. As the company’s creator and chief strategist, he directs Kaar Tech on a variety of fronts, including service improvements, technology developments, and information management for others.
