The adaptation of the Objective Key Result (OKR) framework
which is a widely acclaimed methodology for effective goal-setting, was not a journey of ease for Kaar Tech. Yet we strived and succeeded in the mission by spearheading the initiative, by defining strategic objectives and SMART goals.
- And that’s exactly where the Corporate Development Office (CDO) stepped in.
- The inauguration of the CDO at Kaar Tech occured during March 2021 in order to channel and track our progressive journey with defined unanimity.

Once our CDO team was onboarded
the first talk of clarity was to choose the framework that abides by Kaar Tech’s goals. After careful consideration of various goal management frameworks like,
