I’ve been working at Kaar Tech for more than a decade now, and genuinely feel like I’m bound with no words to elaborate my journey as a Kaarian. As an Admin Assistant, the thrive to provide a comfortable working environment to all our employees motivates me to work efficiently each and every day. One prime learning I got from Kaar Tech is when it comes to learning enough is never enough.
Being the Admin Manager I strongly disagree that the duty of admin is to only take care of the organization’s assets. I strongly believe and make sure to care of our employees who we consider as the greatest assets of Kaar Tech. I feel secure to work at Kaar Tech because of my great management team who encourage me to be myself.
My career’s evolution at Kaar Tech is truly unexplainable, the amount of exposure, knowledge, freedom, and opportunities I got made me evolve from being a Travel Executive to HR Operations Lead and now as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The positive work environment, personal motivation from directors, friendly managers, and family-like peers played a huge role in developing me both personally and professionally with an easy move on strategy.
4+ years in Kaar Tech and it’s still looking fresh. Obviously, I did start my career at a fantabulous place and the opportunities to learn is multi-fold in short span of time. Whenever I think about Kaar Tech I’m reminded of a place that reflects family much more than a corporate culture. Inside Kaar Tech there is something unique which encourages me to continue and puts away each and every struggle by spending quality time in understanding the scenario, developing empathy and deciding to head ahead with a broader perspective.
Kaar has become an integral part of my family and held various roles and performed multiple responsibilities. I’ve been awarded multiple opportunities to exhibit my talents beyond my abilities. The trust they have shown, the kind of encouragement, and the kind words you can hear from management and peers are the things that drive me to achieve whatever I have now and even beyond.
Everyone has different perceptions of Kaar Tech, but for me, Kaar Tech is the giver. Giver- because Kaar tech gives each and every employee an opportunity to grow, earn, and gain a lot of knowledge and experience to prove each themselves. Kaar Tech flooded me with immense exposure to improvise my learning curve in different streams of Marketing. Its been a fantastic Journey with Kaartech from Past 5 Years and still continuing. Joined as a Senior Consultant and was posted to Kuwait to begin with. From then on, there has been no looking back. Was placed as Project Manager at multiple customers in KSA. I am currently the Regional Head of PMO for Mena North and West.

The very first thing I noticed upon entering Kaar Tech is the spirit of Motivation from all four directions. My passion for working on the career step ahead for people made me land in Kaar. The most remarkable experience of my life ties in with Kaar Tech who cherished each accomplished task with awards and recognitions. Over my experience, for decades one piece of advice I’d like to share is to wait patiently cause the time will come for each one of us to succeed!
