The existing SADAD payment system is the national Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) service provider in the KSA. It provides a portal for transactions where files are manually uploaded and downloaded. This is a tedious process requiring continuous monitoring due to the workload. The client needed standardization and integration of business processes across functions using SAP Best Solutions. Kaar Technologies integrated SAP with SADAD for better control and decision making.
