The client is one of the largest ceramics’ brands in the world. They specialize in ceramic and GRES porcelain wall and floor tiles and sanitaryware across the globe; Manufacturing around 110 million square meters of tiles and 5 million pieces of sanitaryware per year at 16 state-of-the-art plants.

Currently using SAP ECC 6 EHP 5 running on HP-UX 11.31 and Oracle 12.1 Platform, the client wanted to move to SAP S/4HANA 1809. To conform with SAP best Practices, they wanted to analyze their existing landscape, study the impact of moving to SAP S/4HANA, and generate a project plan for their SAP S/4HANA System Conversion which would involve the right timeline, effort, and resources.
