  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling SAP IT services, with a strong focus on SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA), including S/4HANA implementations, SAP Managed Services, and related solutions 
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing VP and C-level executives within enterprise and mid-market organizations 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to craft and present compelling, customized proposals that address client needs 
  • Highly independent and adaptable sales professional, capable of navigating dynamic sales environments and tailoring strategies to different buyer personas and business challenges 
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% 
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from an accredited institution 
  • Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation 
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills 
  • A track record of consultative selling and closing complex deals 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
  • The ability to engage C-level and VP executives, particularly within mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. 

 

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, focusing on SAP services and solutions. 
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to drive value. 
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans to meet revenue goals, ensuring consistent pipeline development and demand generation. 
  • Leverage a strong SAP network and actively build new relationships by aligning customer needs with KaarTech’s capabilities. 
  • Gain deep knowledge of each customer’s IT landscape, strategic objectives, and competitive positioning to provide tailored solutions. 
  • Oversee a defined sales territory, including account planning, relationship management, lead qualification, and full sales cycle execution. 
  • Present strategic business plans that address client challenges, prioritize initiatives, and support sustainable growth. 
  • Represent and promote the KaarTech brand within the SAP ecosystem, across social media platforms, and at industry or networking events. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and VP-level executives at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies.
