We’re looking for a highly communicative Business Analyst with strong SDLC experience and exposure to e-commerce projects (preferred). This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful software solutions across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Support the full project lifecycle within Agile teams
• Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with remote development teams, IT, and business users

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in software development (US experience)
• E-commerce project exposure is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, IT, or a related field
