Kaar celebrates Customer alliance with an event - ‘Customer 360°’
Customer satisfaction is one of the core values of Kaar Technologies. To improve customer relationship, to better understand customer expectations and to facilitate value based association, Kaar organized an exclusive event at Temple Bay, GRT in Mamallapuram, Chennai [May 3rd, 2013] that was solely centered on its customers – “Customer 360°- Insight for value creation.”
Global Industry leaders from Mowasalat [Qatar], SAP [Kingdom of Saudi Arabia], Qatar Primary Material company [Qatar], Phobos [Netherlands] were invited as dintinguished guests of the day. The highlights of the event include an interactive discussion between Kaar’s Top Management and the guests who touch based various topics ranging from Customer advantage to Kaar’s bespoke services offers to customers.
Kaar personnel from Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing department, who play a vital role in enhancing customer experience, were also part of the event. The day winded up with a tour for the Guests to a UNESCO heritage site in Mahabalipuram, Chennai. The guests also paid a short visit to the Kaar office, at Saligramam and shared some light moments with the Kaar team.
