The Client is a Healthcare sanctuary in Doha, Qatar focussed on treating substance related and addictive behavioral disorders along with services for non-cancer patients with chronic pain and comorbid modifiable disease conditions. The Client also manages an extensive range of hospitality services such as spas, gymnasiums, restaurants, conference centres and meeting rooms.

Kaar Technologies implemented SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management along with Payroll and Workforce Analytics for the client. With this, they were able to analyze their workforce in depth and determine the kind of speciaists required to treat their patients.
