The client is a one among the major joint stock companies under the Government owned public investment fund. They are responsible for administering National policies of the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia in specific functional areas through its widespread Branch Offices. Their main responsibility includes achieving security, stability and tranquility while fighting  against crime to ensure safety of the Saudi Nationals. They also aim in contributing to the build-up of national expertise and localization of IT capacities.

The Client was seeking to improve the business efficiency of the core modules such as Human Capital Management ,Finance , Plant maintenance , Materials Management and Supplier Relationship Management and  also to automate the internal and external workloads, with adherence to international standards. The Client was also in need of the analytical reports to derive actionable business insights for decision making.
