The client is a leading Public owned water utility company , which was established to provide water and wastewater treatment services. The treated water is sourced to connections such as the Saudi households. The Hajj period attracts close to 3 million pilgrims every year from across the globe. In  order to provide basic amenities for such a large gathering, the government of Saudi  Arabia was reaching out for a guidance technology to service the gathering, helping  them to find & access drinking water and sanitation facilities across Mecca.

The entire process flow of commissioning, maintaining and decommission of the basic  amenities was time consuming and took a toll on the manual asset management  team. The client needed a solution that would simplify their work-flow,  improve operational efficiency within their stipulated time.
