Favourite memory of being a Kaarian?

The entire tenure with Kaar Tech has given me a lot of fond memories, I vividly recall the early days of my journey, joining as a graduate just out of university and gradually evolving myself as a seasoned professional. More than a decade later I have witnessed myself growing along with the organization both professionally and personally.

Its been a fantastic Journey with Kaartech from Past 5 Years and still continuing. Joined as a Senior Consultant and was posted to Kuwait to begin with. From then on, there has been no looking back. Was placed as Project Manager at multiple customers in KSA. I am currently the Regional Head of PMO for Mena North and West.

My exposure in Kaartech streches accross all over GCC under most of the leaders of kaartech. This has given immense experience on the allignment towards organisation objectives.

The very first thing I noticed upon entering Kaar Tech is the spirit of Motivation from all four directions. My passion for working on the career step ahead for people made me land in Kaar. The most remarkable experience of my life ties in with Kaar Tech who cherished each accomplished task with awards and recognitions. Favourite memory of being a Kaarian?

All employees stood as one family and supported our Company when it faced the greatest challenge of its history (financial crisis triggered by oil price slump in 2017-19). This bravado by Kaarians and their unconditional unity….truly fascinate me

What motivates you to stay productive?

The challenging tasks assigned to me by CEO and the Top Management motivate me a lot. Also the fact that I act as a tool and a connecting bridge between the poor & needy students and Kaar Arakattalai and getting them educational scholarships fascinate me a lot.

What’s your mantra to stay at the top of your game?

My life mantra ‘believing in my ability and performing my role to perfection within my capacity’ motivates me & help me to stay focussed, always.
