Roles & responsibilities include but not limited to
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective relationship with enterprise clients.
- Develop & implement sales strategy based on in-depth assessment of customers’ requirements.
- Generate sales pipeline aligned to business targets.
- Liaise with marketing department to run effective marketing campaigns and brand building exercise.
- Responsible for achievement of assigned individual sales targets and thereby meeting organizational goals.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, and generating new business.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within Kaar Technologies (Single point of contact for all client escalations).
- Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and maintenance of organizational bottom lines.
- Forecasting Accuracy, Tight Budget Controls, Creative Business Development, Thorough Business Planning, In Touch With The Ground Reality (Customer needs/pains & Competition), Strong Customer Relationships, In-Depth Product / Services Knowledge, Cross Selling and Up-Selling Ability, Fact Based Selling Skills).
